Erkan Zengin is a Swedish-Turkish former professional football player who was born on August 5, 1985, in Bodrum, Turkey. He started his career at IFK Göteborg in 2005, where he played for 5 years before moving to Turkey to play for Eskisehirspor. Erkan also played for Turkey national team and made his debut in 2010. During his career, he played for several clubs, including Trabzonspor, Besiktas, and Hammarby IF. Erkan retired in 2020 and is considered one of the most successful football players of Turkish origin in Sweden.
